My name is Ulrika Lillsunde.
I'm a certified physical therapist, nutritional coach and personal trainer. I work currently as a fitness manager and personal trainer at Lauttasaaren Liikuntakeskus and VETO CrossTraining-keskus in Southern Helsinki, Finland.
I teach seven group fitness classes per week, mostly consisting of Functional training, CrossTraining and kettlebell classes. In addition to my fitness classes, I'm an active fitness enthusiast and I love to work out at the gym and outdoors.
In this blog I write about clean eating: healthy recipes, cheat meals and tips for cleaning up your diet; working out: group fitness classes and fitness trends, gym programs, weekly/monthly workout schedules and tips for improving technique; and of course body & mind: yoga, stretching, meditation, motivation and tips for self-improving.
